Our graduation ceremony was yesterday, and yes
they were a BIG hit. Our guest speaker asked for one
to take to his office to show his co workers (I know

I am writing you to say the cookies are fresh and delicious
even after 1
year. You see, you made cookies for my wedding reception
on Jan 28, 2006
for Phyllis & Steve Temme. We decided not to save
the wedding cake top
because after 1 year it is no good (everyone knows that),
so we saved
several of the leftover cookies we had and took our
chance on our 1st
Anniversary to eat them. We stored them in the original
wrapper and had
them in the curio cabinet on top of our wine glasses.
We were surprised
after 1 year that they were still crisp and fresh and
the flavor was still
there just as if they were just made. I want to commend
you ion a great
job of preserving the flavor of your cookies. They were
definitely better
than the cake would have been.
