On-line Ordering
This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your
personal information. We use strong security measures to
prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information
once it is in our records.
Phone Orders
To order by phone, please call 314-348-2552.
Ordering Deadlines
Once an order has been received, it will be available for
pick-up and delivery within 48 hours. Orders received over
the weekend will be available for pick-up or delivery on
the following Monday after 2:00 pm. Large orders require
more preparation time. Please contact us for large order
delivery and pick-up information.
Delivery Options
Batter Up! Cookies offers three different options for getting
your fresh cookies: Priority Mail, courier service or pick-up
your order at our location.
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 day delivery across the USA.
Delivery is available to every address in the United States
- including PO Boxes and military address. Saturday and residential
deliveries at no extra cost.
Courier Service - In order to guarantee the freshness
of our products, our cookies are sent from our kitchen to
you by a local courier
service. Delivery is limited to the St. Louis metro area
only and a delivery fee will apply. Courier fees will depend
on location and mileage.

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information.
Please make sure your delivery information is correct. Batter
Up! Cookies can take no responsibility for incomplete or
incorrect delivery information.
Priority Mail will determine and make reasonable efforts
to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct
or complete address is secured, USPS will attempt delivery,
and the shipper will be provided with the correct address,
and an Address Correction charge of $10 will be assessed
to your credit card.
Batter Up! Cookies reserves the right to pass along any Address
Correction charges from Priority Mail to the ordering customer
due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given
by the ordering customer. Changes to address information
after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00
charge. Please make sure you double-check
your delivery information before checkout. |
